Ingredients
350g plums, stoned and sliced
2 peaches, stoned and sliced
2 tbsp demerara sugar
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp lemon juice
225g pack Asda Crumble Mix
Custard (or cream), to serve
Method
1Stone and slice the plums and peaches (fresh or canned) and put them in a baking dish.
2Sprinkle over the sugar and pour in the water and lemon juice. Sprinkle the crumble mix over the top.
3Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6 for 25-30 minutes. Serve with custard or cream.
