Ingredients

2 tsp sunflower oil

Flour, for sprinkling

1?2 red pepper

1?2 small onion

290g box Asda Pizza Base Mix

190g jar Asda Great Stuff Pasta Sauce with Puréed Vegetables

100g mozzarella cheese

50g cooked ham

2 rings from a can of Asda Pineapple in Juice, drained

Green salad, to serve

Method

1
Pre-heat the oven to 220C/200C Fan/Gas 7. Brush a baking tray with oil and dust with a little flour. De-seed and slice the red pepper and thinly slice the onion.
2
Put 1 sachet of the pizza mix in a large bowl and add 100ml warm (not hot) water. Mix with a fork until it makes a dough. You can use the other sachet another day.
3
Sprinkle a work surface with a little flour and dust your hands. Knead the dough for 5 minutes. Dust a rolling pin with flour and roll the dough out to a 24-25cm round. Put on the baking tray.
4
Spread the pasta sauce over half of the dough. Cut the cheese, ham and pineapple into small pieces. Scatter on top of the sauce. Add the red pepper and onion.
5
Fold over the other half of the dough, pressing the edges firmly together. Brush the top with a little oil. Cover loosely with cling film and leave to rise at room temperature for 10 minutes.
6
Bake for 15-20 minutes. Serve with a green salad.
