Ingredients

100g Asda Dark Chocolate (50% cocoa solids)

100g Asda Milk Chocolate

50g Asda Smooth Peanut Butter

Quality Street Matchmakers, for the handles (or Mikado Milk Chocolate biscuit sticks or Elizabeth Shaw Dark Chocolate Cappuccino Flutes)

Method

1
Break the dark and milk chocolate squares and put in a bowl over a pan of simmering water, making sure the base of the bowl doesn't touch the water. Leave until the chocolate melts.
2
Remove the bowl from the pan of water and stir the peanut butter into the chocolate.
3
Arrange paper cases on a a baking tray and fill with the chocolate mixture. If you double up the cases, the 'brooms' will hold their shape better. Chill until the chocolate mixture starts to firm up, about 30 minutes.
4
Put a Matchmaker (Mikado/Cappuccino Flute) in the middle of each one (halved if necessary) to make the broomstick handle. Chill until completely set.
