Ingredients

4 Asda Tortillas

1/2 x 265g jar Asda Chosen by you Tomato and Basil Pizza Topper Sauce

200g pack Asda Cooked Chicken Breast Slices

2 peppers (1 yellow and 1 red), de-seeded and sliced

100g mature Cheddar, grated

Method

Pre-heat the oven to 180C/160C Fan/Gas 4. Lightly grease 2 baking trays. Put 2 tortillas on each baking tray. If you can’t fit 2 on each baking sheet, cook them in batches. Spread the pizza topper sauce on the tortillas, leaving a gap around the edge of each one.

Tear the chicken into shreds and scatter across the pizzas.

Add the peppers and then sprinkle the grated cheese over the top.

Cook in the oven for 6-8 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
