Ingredients

1/2 x 200g pack Asda Frozen Scallops

100ml milk, plus 1 tbsp

1 level tsp cornflour

150g Asda Frozen North Atlantic Prawns

150g Asda Frozen Sliced Mushrooms

15g butter

560g pack frozen Young's Cod Steak in Butter Sauce

175g frozen peas

650g Asda Frozen Mash

50g Cheddar, grated

320g green beans, to serve

Pre-heat the oven to 190C/170C Fan/Gas 5. Put the scallops in a pan with 100ml milk and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Mix the cornflour with the rest of the milk and stir into the pan. Heat until boiling. Remove the pan from the heat, add the prawns and leave, stirring frequently, until they have defrosted.

Cook the mushrooms in the butter, stirring, for 8-10 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated.

Meanwhile, add the pouches of cod in sauce to a pan of boiling water and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove and empty the pouches into a large bowl, breaking the cod into flakes. Add the scallops, mushrooms, prawns and peas. Season and put in an ovenproof dish.

Cook the mash to pack instructions. spread on top of the seafood and sprinkle with grated cheese. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve with green beans.
