100ml Coca Cola Signature Mixers Smoky
50ml pineapple juice
50ml light rum
Ground nutmeg
Method

Chill a large Martini glass, then half-fill with the cola.

Add the pineapple juice and the rum to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake hard until cold then add to the cola carefully – it will froth up.

Sprinkle over a pinch of the nutmeg to finish.
