Ingredients

400g pack Asda Ready Made Mashed Potato

210g can Asda Great Stuff Mini Hot Dogs, drained

410g carton Asda Reduced Sugar and Salt Baked Beans

4 medium free-range eggs

25g Asda Lighter Mature Cheese

Method

Pre-heat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6.

Using the back of a spoon, spread the mashed potato over the bottom and sides of two ovenproof dishes.

Stick the hot dogs into the mash. Spoon in the beans.

Break the eggs into a dish, one at a time, then gently tip them on top of the beans (two eggs per dish).

Grate the cheese and sprinkle over the eggs, beans and mashed potato.

Put the dishes on a baking tray and cook in the oven for 35 minutes. Carefully remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes before eating.
