Ingredients

1.1kg pack of chicken wings

4 tbsp tomato ketchup

2 tbsp clear honey

2 tbsp dark soy sauce

2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 tsp crushed dried chilli flakes

Make two cuts in the fleshy part of a 1.1kg pack of chicken wings and put them in large freezer bag.

In a bowl, mix together 4 tbsp tomato ketchup, 2 tbsp each clear honey, dark soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce and Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar and 1 tsp crushed dried chilli flakes. Pour into the bag of wings and shake well so the chicken pieces are well coated (make sure you hold the top of the bag firmly). Chill for an hour.

Turn into a large roasting tin and roast at 190C/170C Fan/Gas 5 for 45 minutes.
