Ingredients
4 Asda Jumbo Mushrooms
15g butter
2 shallots, chopped
4 slices prosciutto, chopped
4 tbsp crème fraîche
150g Danish blue cheese, crumbled
50g breadcrumbs
Method
1Pre-heat the oven to 190C/170C Fan/Gas 5. Remove and chop the stalks from the mushrooms and set aside.
2Cook the stalks, shallots and prosciutto in the butter for 4-5 minutes.
3Stir in the crème fraîche then spoon into the mushrooms.
4Top with the blue cheese and breadcrumbs and bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden.
