Deliveries will include a bundle of Asda festive products – think mince pies and Panettone – and some lucky entrants will also be in with the chance of winning a £100 Asda voucher!

Eligibility and entry
To be eligible for a Gnome Delivery, entrants must live within a one-mile (1.6km) radius catchment area of the following Asda Stores:
Asda Clapham Junction Superstore, 204 Lavender Hill, London SW11 1JG
Gnome deliveries will take place in the following locations on the following dates, between approximately 1pm – 7pm:
Monday 9th December 2024: Clapham Junction, London
Tuesday 10th December 2024: Pentwyn, Cardiff
Wednesday 11th December 2024: Ashton-Under-Lyne, Manchester
Thursday 12th December 2024: Morley, Leeds
Friday 13th December: Parkhead Forge, Glasgow
To nominate your home, please visit www.asda.com/gnominate-your-home-competition and complete the form. Forms that are incomplete or Illegible will not be accepted.
Gnome Deliveries will be made to a maximum of 40 homes on each day.
To be eligible for a Gnome Delivery, entrants must live in a residential home. This includes bungalows, terraces, semi-detached homes, maisonettes and detached homes. Deliveries cannot be made to apartment/ flat buildings or to commercial premises.
Eligible homes must have clear access to a front door. Deliveries cannot be made to homes with steps, gravel driveways or any other impediment that prohibits deliveries.
By filling out the booking form, all entrants acknowledge that their personal data will be used by the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this activation only, including contacting customers if required. The opening date and time for receipt of entries is 9am on Wednesday 27th November 2024. The closing date for entries is 12pm on Thursday 5th December. Successful entrants will be selected and notified by 12pm on Friday 6th December.
Maximum one entry per household. Anyone trying to circumvent this condition by using alternative details will be disqualified. No bulk, consumer group or third-party entries will be accepted.
Winning homes will be selected at random from the eligible entries in each location (London, Cardiff, Manchester, Leeds and Glasgow).
Prize for successful entrants:
One main prize available per location, awarded to one home selected at random from all successful eligible entrants: X1 £100 Asda gift card along with x4 Asda food products, for example 1 x Asda Exceptional Mince Pies (4-pack), 1 x Asda Gingerbread Gnome, 1 x Asda Jingle The Reindeer Chocolate Faces and 1 x Asda Exceptional Mini Panetonne
Other winning homes will receive complimentary Asda Christmas food deliveries containing x4 Asda food products. These deliveries will take place from approximately 13:00 hours until 19:00 hours. One delivery per household.
Vegan and allergy-free alternatives will be available. Entrants with dietary requirements should declare them when completing the entry form at www.asda.com/gnominate-your-home-competition
These products are subject to availability and the promoter reserves the right to replace any of these products with a suitable alternative.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The decisions of the Promoter are final in relation to the promotion.
Successful entrants will be notified by email or telephone no later than 12pm on Friday 6th December.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to replace entire prizes or prize components with prizes of equal or greater value
The Promoter and/or the Data Controller may be required to provide evidence that a valid prize award has taken place. As a result, a winner’s name and the county in which they live will be provided in response to a request from a third party. If you do not wish for your data to be made public for this purpose should you win a prize, please inform us by ticking the box on the entry form. Winners’ surnames and counties may be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Clearsilver Brand Marketing Limited, Competition Prize Draw, Ground Floor, Compass House, 76 East Street, Leeds LS9 8EE no later than 28 days after the closing date. Clearsilver is running the competition on behalf of the Data Controller and is a data processor.
Fulfilment
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel the deliveries , ensuring that alternative arrangements are made with the winner.
Gnome Deliveries are weather dependent and in the event of inclement weather, may be postponed or cancelled.
Winners may be required to participate in and give their permission to related publicity including their names and photographs being used for promotional purposes and/or reasonable requests to take part in the Promoters’ publicity.
Please endeavour to be at home during the delivery period (approximately 13:00 – 19:00). If winners are unable to commit to the delivery window, another winning home will be selected in their place.
Should any winning home not answer when a delivery is attempted, the promoter will not leave product behind.
Should the winning home of the main prize not answer when delivery is attempted, the £100 Asda gift card will be posted through a letterbox, mailbox or equivalent, but product will not be left behind.
The Promoter and Event Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, except for death or personal injury, arising out of the Gnome Deliveries promotion.
The Promoter and Event Company shall not be liable, under any circumstances whatsoever, for damage, injury or consequential loss, however caused, to our customers, their property and belongings unless it is solely due to the negligence of the Company, its employees or agents.
Data protection and your rights
By entering the promotion, all entrants acknowledge that their personal data will be used by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this promotion only, including contacting a winner and for prize fulfilment. Personal data will only be shared with third parties where it is necessary for these purposes. Clearsilver is administering the promotion on behalf of the Promoter and is a data processor . The Event Company is also a data processor and will be managing the prize fulfilment on behalf of the Promoter.
The Promoter and its data processor(s) will only use your personal details in line with the Data Protection Act 2018, the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Promoter’s privacy policy.
Personal data will only be retained for as long as is necessary to administer the promotion and to comply with a request for a winner’s name and county of residence under clause [17] of these terms and conditions.
