Ingredients

1kg pack Asda Pork Ribs

2 tbsp Asda Sweet Chilli Sauce

2 tbsp clear honey

1 lime, juice of

2 tsp five-spice powder

4 tbsp light soy sauce

4 tbsp sunflower oil

4 spring onions, sliced

350g Asda Frozen Steamed White Rice

150g frozen peas

Method

Put the spare ribs in a pan, cover with water and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain and lay evenly in a roasting tin.

Pre-heat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6. Mix together the sweet chilli sauce, honey, lime juice, five-spice powder, 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp of the oil. Pour over the ribs and toss, distributing them evenly in the roasting tin.

Cook for 40 minutes, turning and moving them around the tin after 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, put the rice and peas in a pan with 2 tbsp water. Cover and cook over a low heat for 10 minutes.

Heat the rest of the oil until very hot and stir-fry the spring onions for 1 minute. Add the rice and peas and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Stir in the remaining soy sauce, serve with the ribs and garnish with lime wedges.
