Ingredients
25g butter
275g caster sugar
150ml evaporated milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
75g mini marshmallows
2 x 100g bags milk chocolate drops
Method
1Line the base and sides of a shallow 20cm square cake tin with baking paper.
2Put the butter, caster sugar, evaporated milk, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt in a pan and stir over a low heat until the sugar dissolves. Bring to the boil and simmer steadily for 6 minutes exactly.
3Remove from the heat, then add the marshmallows and chocolate straight away. Stir until melted.
4Turn into the prepared tin, level the top and leave for 2 hours. Cut into 20 squares.
