Ingredients

3 tbsp Asda Mayonnaise

1 tbsp Asda Extra Special Tomato and Chilli Chutney

2 tbsp Asda Crème Fraîche

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp creamed horseradish

½ tsp Tabasco sauce

Squeeze of lime juice

200g peeled king prawns

3 ripe avocados

Cayenne pepper (or paprika)

Method

Mix the mayonnaise with the tomato and chilli chutney, crème fraîche, Worcestershire sauce, creamed horseradish, tabasco and lime juice. Stir in the king prawns, turning them gently in the mayonnaise until thoroughly coated.

Halve and stone the avocados and put on serving plates. Fill the cavities with the prawn mixture and sprinkle with cayenne or paprika.
