Ingredients
650g potatoes, sliced
2 leeks, sliced
150ml vegetable stock
150ml double cream
2 tsp mixed dried herbs
100g Gruyère cheese
Method
1Layer the potatoes and leeks in an ovenproof dish and pour over the vegetable stock mixed with the dried herbs. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover with foil and cook in the oven at 180C/160 Fan/Gas 4 for 30 minutes.
2Remove the foil and cook for a further 30-35 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese topping is golden.
