Ingredients
25g butter
500g pack Asda Bread Mix Flour, for kneading
Oil, for greasing
Third of a 265g jar Asda Tomato & Basil Pizza Topper
125g Asda Grated Mozzarella & Cheddar Mix
75g thick-cut cooked ham, roughly chopped
50g pepperoni, chopped
1 red pepper
Method
1Rub the butter into the bread mix until it resembles breadcrumbs. Add 350ml slightly warm water and mix to make a dough. Knead on a floured surface for 5 minutes. Shape into a ball, cover with cling film and rest for 5 minutes.
2Pre-heat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6. Grease a 23 x 32cm tin and line the base with baking paper. Knead the dough for another 5 minutes. Roll out to a rectangle 26 x 26cm in size.
3Spread with the topper, then add the cheese and meats. De-seed and chop the pepper and sprinkle over. Roll up from the long side like a Swiss roll and cut into 3cm slices. Arrange in the tin. Cover with lightly greased cling film and leave in a warm spot for 30 minutes until puffed up. Remove the cling film and bake for 25 minutes.
4Cool on a wire rack. To serve, tear into individual buns.
