1 level tsp mustard powder
Good pinch of salt
2 large free-range eggs
300ml milk
3 tbsp sunflower oil, plus extra for brushing
1 Asda Extra Special Beef Fillet Steak
2 tbsp crème fraîche
2 tbsp Asda Coarse Grain Mustard
2 tbsp Asda Creamed Horseradish
Rocket, to serve
Method
1Pre-heat the oven to 220C/200C Fan/Gas 7. Sift the flour, mustard and salt into a bowl. Add the eggs and milk. Whisk to make a batter. Set aside for 20 minutes.
2Put a little oil in the holes of a bun tin and heat in the oven for 10 minutes. When the oil is hot, immediately pour the batter into each hole.
3Bake for 15 minutes until risen.
4Brush both sides of the steak with oil. Heat a griddle pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side. Rest for 10 minutes, then slice.
5Mix together the crème fraîche, mustard and horseradish, and spoon a little into each Yorkshire pudding. Top with a slice of steak and a rocket leaf.
