Ingredients

1 small butternut squash, peeled, de-seeded and cut into 1.5cm cubes

4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed

2 tbsp sunflower oil

2 tbsp clear honey

1 small orange, juice of

8 small lamc chops (or 4 large lamb chops)

3 level tbsp Asda Gravy Granules for Meat

2 tsp Asda Mint Sauce

Green beans, to serve

Method

Pre-heat the oven to 220C/200C Fan/Gas 7. Toss the butternut squash and sweet potatoes in the oil until coated. Spread out evenly in a roasting tin and cook in the oven for 15 minutes.

Gently stir in the honey and orange juice and return to the oven for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, grill the lamb chops for 6-8 minutes on each side.

Add 300ml boiling water to the gravy granules and stir in the mint sauce.

Serve the chops with the roasted vegetables, green beans and mint gravy.
