Ingredients
500g Asda Lean Steak Mince
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
4 basil leaves, chopped
120g piece of Stilton
12 cherry tomatoes, on the vine
4 burger buns
Method
1Put steak mince in a bowl and stir in onion, garlic and basil leaves. Season well. Divide the mixture into four and shape into burgers. Cut Stilton into four equal cubes.
2Make an indentation in the middle of the burgers and push a 30g cube of cheese into each one. Pull the mince mixture over the cheese to cover it and seal it in. Cook the burgers on the barbecue for 10-15 minutes, turning once, until cooked through.
3Take a vine of 12 cherry tomatoes and place on the barbecue 5 minutes before the burgers are cooked, until they start to soften. Serve the burgers in warm buns with a few rocket leaves. Snip the vine so you have 3 tomatoes per burger and put on top of the meat, removing stalks at the last minute.
