Ingredients

500g Asda Lean Steak Mince

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

4 basil leaves, chopped

120g piece of Stilton

12 cherry tomatoes, on the vine

4 burger buns

Method

1
Put steak mince in a bowl and stir in onion, garlic and basil leaves. Season well. Divide the mixture into four and shape into burgers. Cut Stilton into four equal cubes.
2
Make an indentation in the middle of the burgers and push a 30g cube of cheese into each one. Pull the mince mixture over the cheese to cover it and seal it in. Cook the burgers on the barbecue for 10-15 minutes, turning once, until cooked through.
3
Take a vine of 12 cherry tomatoes and place on the barbecue 5 minutes before the burgers are cooked, until they start to soften. Serve the burgers in warm buns with a few rocket leaves. Snip the vine so you have 3 tomatoes per burger and put on top of the meat, removing stalks at the last minute.
