Ingredients
6 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp sherry
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 level tbsp brown sugar
280g pack Asda Salmon Fillets
Steamed pak choi, to serve
Rice, to serve
Fresh coriander, to serve
Method
1Soak 2 bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes. Mix the soy sauce, sherry, lemon juice and brown sugar together in a bowl and place the salmon in to marinate. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2Thread the fish onto the skewers. Grill for 5 minutes under a medium heat. Serve with steamed pak choi, rice and fresh coriander. Use any leftover marinade for dipping.
