Ingredients
2 Asda Smart Price Peppers, de-seeded and quartered
250g pack halloumi
2 Asda Smart Price Onions
1 tbsp olive oil
4 flatbreads (or Asda Wraps)
Mayonnaise, to serve (optional)
Method
1Pre-heat the grill or barbecue. Cut the peppers into bite-sized pieces. Cut the halloumi into cubes and cut the onions into wedges, separating each wedge into two thinner pieces.
2Toss the peppers and onions in the oil so they're evenly coated.
3Thread the halloumi peppers and onions onto skewers that have been soaked in water. Grill or barbecue for 5-10 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked and the cheese is soft but not melted.
4Serve with warm flatbreads mixed with salad leaves and mayonnaise, if liked.
