Ingredients

25g butter, plus extra for greasing

400g pack frozen Asda Haddock Fillets

300ml semi-skimmed milk

300g Asda Frozen Spinach

¼ tsp nutmeg (optional)

2 eggs, hard boiled and chopped

25g flour

100g Asda Good For You Mature Cheddar, grated

50g breadcrumbs

Method

1
Pre-heat the oven to 220C/180C Fan/Gas 6. Grease an ovenproof dish with butter. Poach the fish in the milk for 5 minutes. Drain and reserve the milk. Flake the fish and discard any bones.
2
Put the spinach in a pan with 2 tbsp water. Heat until thawed and excess water has evaporated. Add the nutmeg, if liked, and season. Put in the dish and top with the fish and eggs.
3
Melt the butter in a pan and stir in the flour. Whisk in the reserved milk and heat until simmering. Stir in most of the cheese and season. Pour over the fish and top with the breadcrumbs and the rest of the cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.
