Ingredients
1 large bunch of radishes
40g butter
50ml beef stock (or vegetable stock)
50g baby spinach leaves
Method
1Clean the radishes. Cut the larger ones in half.
2Heat the butter in a pan and cook the radishes for 3-4 minutes.
3Stir in the stock and spinach. Heat through and serve.
