Ingredients
150g frozen peas
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, diced
2 tbsp garam masala
2 tomatoes, chopped
8 eggs, beaten
15g butter
Method
1Cook 150g frozen peas. Fry a chopped onion and diced green pepper in 2 tbsp oil. Add 2 tbsp garam masala and cook for 2 minutes.
2Stir in the peas and a chopped tomato. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
3Add 8 beaten eggs with 15g butter and cook, stirring, until scrambled. Serve with naan.
