Ingredients

1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets

275g new potatoes, cut into large cubes

1 tbsp sunflower oil

1 onion, chopped

100g tube Asda Chosen by you Balti Curry Paste

250g frozen peas

2 level tsp cornflour

350g basmati rice

Method

Boil the cauliflower with the new potatoes in a large pan for 5 minutes. Drain, reserving 350ml cooking water.

Clean the pan, then add the sunflower oil and chopped onion and fry until soft. Stir in the balti paste and cook for another minute.

Add the reserved water, cooked cauliflower and potatoes, and peas. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

Mix the cornflour with a little cold water and stir in. Simmer for 1 minute.

Meanwhile, cook the rice following pack instructions and serve with the curry.
