Ingredients

25g butter, melted

500g pot Asda Simply Tomato Sauce

540g bag Asda Frozen White Fish Fillets

50g white breadcrumbs

2 tbsp chopped curly parsley

25g Parmesan, grated

New potatoes, to serve

Sugar snap peas, to serve

Method

1
Pre-heat the oven to 180C/160C Fan/Gas 4. Using a little of the butter, grease an ovenproof dish big enough to hold the fish in a single layer. Pour in the sauce and sit the fish on top. Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes.
2
Mix the breadcrumbs with the parsley, Parmesan and remaining butter. Season, then sprinkle over the fish.
3
Bake uncovered for 10 minutes until the fish flakes easily. Serve with new potatoes and sugar snaps.
