1 x 600g Grower’s Selection Vegetable & Bean Stew Slow Cooker Pack

4 level tsp Asda 
Hot Chilli Powder

1 level tsp dried oregano

1 x 390g carton 
Asda Italian Chopped Tomatoes With 
Chilli & Peppers

150g mushrooms

400ml veg stock, made with 1 cube

Grower's Selection Broccoli rice

Soured cream

Parsley

Method

Preheat your slow cooker to low, if recommended 
by the manufacturer.

Put all the ingredients into the slow cooker. 
Stir, cover with the lid, then cook for 6-8 hrs.

Garnish with the soured cream and parsley. Serve with the broccoli rice.
