Ingredients

1 savoy cabbage

4 Butcher’s Selection Turkey Breast Steaks

4 sheets filo pastry

1 egg, beaten

2 sweet potatoes, cut into thin wedges

1tsp rapeseed oil

1 head broccoli, florets only

200g Frozen for Freshness Sliced Green Beans

Method

1
Preheat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2
Pull 4 leaves off the cabbage, then roll with a rolling pin to soften. Wrap a leaf around each turkey steak and place on a sheet of filo. Fold the pastry around the turkey, put on the tray and brush with egg.
3
Bake for 25 mins until the turkey is cooked through and the pastry is golden.
4
Meanwhile, toss the sweet potato in the oil, season with black pepper and roast for 20 mins until soft and golden.
5
Finely shred the rest of the cabbage and steam with the broccoli and beans for 5 mins. If you don’t have a steamer, bring to a boil, simmer until tender, then drain. Serve with the turkey parcels and fries.
