Ingredients

200g couscous

1 lemon

2 tbsp olive oil

10 olives, sliced

4 spring onions, sliced

3 tomatoes, chopped

2 tbsp parsley

4 tuna steaks

Method

Soak the couscous in 250ml hot water. Add the lemon zest and juice, olive oil, olives, spring onions, tomatoes and parsley.

Fry 4 tuna steaks for 3 minutes each side. Serve with couscous.
