Ingredients

35ml Brandy

25ml Extra Special Chocolate Espresso Martini Cream Liqueur

25ml Double Cream

A handful of ice cubes

1 tsp Cocoa Powder

Method

Shake the brandy, liqueur and cream together with a handful of ice cubes in a cocktail shaker until very cold. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Use a fine strainer to transfer it into the glass so you ensure the finished drink is free of ice chips.

Put the glass onto a plate or board so you can dust the whole surface of the top of the drink with cocoa powder. Serve immediately.
