Ingredients
100ml Whole milk
1 tbsp Instant coffee powder
2 Asda wheat bisks
150g Arla Skyr Vanilla Icelandic style yogurt
1 tsp Cocoa powder
Sugar, optional
Method
1Warm about 100ml milk and mix together with 1 tbsp instant coffee and a little sugar, if you like.
2Crumble two wheat bisks into a bowl, then pour over the coffee mixture and stir well before pushing half of the mixture down into a serving dish with a spoon to form the base.
3Spread 75g vanilla yoghurt over the top, then repeat with the remaining coffee bisks mixture, add the leftover yoghurt, seal and chill overnight.
4To serve, sprinkle over 1 tsp cocoa powder and enjoy.
