Ingredients
Asda Thick cut Beef Rump Steak (450g)
80g Asda Sticky Teriyaki Sauce
1/2 Cucumber
1 pack Asda Fragrant Edamame & Quinoa Salad
Salt, to season
1 tbsp Oil
Method
1Bring 1 pack beef rump steak to room temperature then heat a frying pan over a high heat.
2Pat the steak dry using kitchen paper, season with salt and drizzle with 1 tbsp oil, then add 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce to the pan and spoon over the steaks, remove from the heat and sizzle for 30 secs. Transfer the steaks and sauce to a plate, cover and allow to rest for 4 mins.
3Meanwhile, cut ½ cucumber lengthways and use a tsp to scoop out the seeds; halve again lengthways then slice at 5mm intervals. Mix with a 1 pack edamame and quinoa salad.
4Slice the steak and divide between plates along with any sauce, resting juices and the salad.
