Ingredients

1 x pack Asda Straight to Wok Wholewheat Noodles

1 x pack Asda Creamy & Crunchy Coleslaw Kit

3-4tbp Lime Juice

1 x pack Asda Tender Sweet Chilli Salmon Fillets

1 tbsp Oil

Salt and Pepper, to season

Sweet Chilli Sauce, optional

Method

1
Place 1 pack noodles in a bowl then pour over boiling water and soak for 5 mins. Drain the noodles and allow to cool slightly, then place in a clean bowl. Mix in the coleslaw kit with the mayo sachet and 3–4 tbsp juice from a squeezed lime, plus salt and pepper.
2
Pat 2 salmon fillets dry with kitchen paper. Add 1 tbsp oil to a frying pan over medium heat, then pan-fry the fish skin-side down for 4 mins until crisp, then flip and cook for 2 mins.
3
Remove the pan from the heat and pour in the sweet chilli sauce, spooning it over the fish, heating through for at least 30 secs.
4
Divide the noodles and slaw between bowls, topping with the salmon.
