Ingredients
300ml Asda Whipping Cream
300g condensed milk
1 tbsp vanilla extract
454g punnet Asda Fresh Strawberries
150g punnet Asda Fresh Raspberries
75g icing sugar
Method
1Chop the fruit, add the icing sugar, mash well and allow to sit for 20 minutes. Blitz with a stick blender and then pass through a sieve for a super-smooth sauce.
2Put the condensed milk, whipping cream and vanilla extract into a large bowl and, using an electric mixer, beat until thick and smooth.
3Pour into a deep plastic container and stir in half the sauce, stirring gently to create a marbled effect. Pop in the freezer until needed.
4Freezing will take 4 to 5 hours in total.
