Ingredients
270g of walnut halves
100g of caster sugar
100ml of water
1tbsp of cayenne pepper
500ml Vegetable oil for frying
Sea salt
Method
1Add cayenne pepper and sugar to the water and bring to the boil. Add the walnuts and cook for 2mins.
2Drain, and deep fry the walnuts for 1 min.
3Sprinkle with sea salt and serve warm or cold.
