Ingredients
300g spaghetti
125g broccoli, broken into small florets
75g pine nuts
150g Asda French Roulé Cheese
4 tbsp milk
15g butter
50g Asda Extra Mature Cheddar, grated
3 tbsp chopped flat-leaf parsley
Method
1Add the spaghetti to a large pan of lightly salted, boiling water and cook as per pack instructions, adding the broccoli for the last 2 minutes. Drain.
2Meanwhile, toss the pine nuts over a medium heat in a non-stick frying pan until golden – be careful as they burn easily. Tip into a bowl.
3Put the Roulé, milk and butter in the same pan the pasta was cooked in and stir over a low heat until melted. Add the spaghetti and pine nuts, broccoli, Cheddar and parsley and toss together. Serve immediately.
