Ingredients
1 tsp oil
1 onion, chopped
400g pack Butcher's Selection Pork Sausage Meat
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp chopped sage, plus sprigs to garnish
1 small apple, cored and grated
100g brioche, cut into 1cm cubes
Method
1Pre-heat the oven to 180C/160C Fan/Gas 4. Brush 6 holes of a muffin tin with the oil.
2Put all the ingredients except the brioche in a bowl and mix well. Add the brioche and stir to combine. Spoon into the greased muffin tin holes.
3Cook in the oven for 25 minutes. Garnish with the sage sprigs.
