Ingredients

500g pack Chosen by you Great To Bake White Bread Mix

2 pitted black olives

1 cherry tomato

Method

1
Make up the bread mix according to the instructions. After kneading, divide the dough in two. Shape one piece into a circle and put on a lined baking sheet. Halve the rest. Roll one piece into a semicircle and snip with scissors to make a beard, stopping 3cm from the top.
2
Dampen the bottom of the dough circle, position the beard, then shape. From the rest of the dough, make a Santa hat, eyebrows and moustache.
3
Add pitted black olives for eyes and a cherry tomato nose.
4
Prove in a warm place for 30 minutes, or until it doubles in size. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 220C/200C Fan/Gas 7 for 25-30 minutes until golden.
