    Ingredients

    1 medium onion, chopped

    2 tbsp sunflower oil

    2 sticks celery, sliced

    2 Asda Smart Price Peppers (red, green or yellow), de-seeded and sliced

    225g Asda Easy Cook Long Grain Rice

    1 pack Schwartz Flavourful Chicken Cajun Seasoning

    600g Asda Thin Cut Loin Pork Steaks

    Method

    Cook the onion in the oil until soft. Add the celery and peppers and cook for another 3 minutes. Remove the vegetables with a slotted spoon, leaving the oil in the pan, and set aside.

    Add the rice and Cajun seasoning to the pan with 500ml cold water. Bring to the boil then cover and simmer for 12 minutes or until the rice is tender and all of the water has been absorbed.

    Add the vegetable mixture to the cooked rice and heat through. Meanwhile grill or griddle the pork steaks for 8 minutes on each side. Serve with the Cajun rice.
