Ingredients

12 tbsp Nando's Medium Peri-Peri Sauce

2 x 325g packs Asda Rice Noodles

155g pack mangetout

1 red pepper, de-seeded and sliced

1 yellow pepper, de-seeded and sliced

2 x 180g packs Chosen by you Ready to Eat Chicken Breast Slices

3 spring onions, sliced

1 carrot, peeled and cut into matchsticks

1/2 x 200g bag baby spinach

900ml chicken stock, made with 1 stock cube

Coriander leaves, to serve

Method

Layer all the ingredients (except the stock and coriander leaves) in 4 George Home 1L clip lid jars. Store in the fridge.

When ready to serve, pour over the hot stock and close the lids. Leave for 3 minutes, then open, top with coriander leaves and serve.
