Ingredients

500g Asda Golden Marzipan

100g Asda White Marzipan

100g dark chocolate

2 tbsp apricot jam

Sugar flower to decorate (optional)

Method

1
Knead 500g Asda Golden Marzipan to soften it, then cut into 6 pieces. Halve each piece. Roll one half into a ball to make the body and use the other half to make a head, 2 feet, 2 ears and 2 arms.
2
Break 100g dark chocolate into squares, put in a bowl and stand over a pan of simmering water, ensuring the base of the bowl doesn't touch the water. Remove the bowl.
3
Knead 100g Asda White Marzipan and shape 6 tails, 12 inner ears and 12 cheeks.
4
Melt 2 tbsp apricot jam in a bowl and, using a paintbrush, brush one side of each foot and stick them on to the bodies, pressing gently.
5
Dip the base of each bunny in the chocolate and put on a tray lined with baking paper.
6
Brush the bottom of the heads with jam and stick them to the bodies. Stick the arms on in a similar way.
7
Brush the inner ears with jam and stick them on to the ears, then stick the ears and cheeks on to the heads.
8
While the chocolate is still soft, stick on the tails.
9
Wash and dry the paintbrush. Paint the faces and whiskers with melted chocolate and stick on a sugar flower, if you wish. Leave to dry overnight.
