Ingredients

6 Asda Extra Special Free Range Golden Yolk Eggs

3 tbsp mayonnaise

2 tbsp Cook by Asda Gochujang Paste

2 tsp Asda Sushi Rice Vinegar

4 spring onions, trimmed and finely sliced

2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted

Method

Carefully lower the eggs into a pan of boiling water and cook for 10 mins. Drain and run under cold water.

Once cool, peel the eggs, slice in half and pop out the yolks, adding them to a bowl with the mayonnaise, gochujang and sushi vinegar.

Mash the mixture together really well with a fork until smooth, alternatively you can blitz in a food processor.

Add the mixture to a piping bag with a wide nozzle and pipe it back into the hollows in the egg white halves. You can also do this with a teaspoon.

Sprinkle with the spring onions and sesame seeds to serve.
