Ingredients

1 apple

100ml orange juice

4 dried apricots

2 clementines or satsumas

100g grapes (black or red)

1 banana

1 kiwi fruit

Method

Grate the apple right to the core on to the chopping board using the coarse side of the grater. Throw away the core. Put the grated apple into the serving bowl.

Measure out the orange juice into a jug and pour it over the grated apple.

Cut each apricot into 4 pieces with the scissors. Put them into the bowl.

Peel the clementines or satsumas and break them into segments.

Wash the grapes and remove any stalks.

Peel and slice the banana.

Cut the kiwi fruit in half and scoop out the flesh with a teaspoon. Cut into small pieces.

Add the fruit to the bowl as you go. Stir it all together gently and it's ready to serve.
