    Ingredients

    Smarties

300g Asda Extra Special Fairtrade Organic Dominican Milk Chocolate (broken into squares)

300g Asda Extra Special Fairtrade Organic Dominican Dark Chocolate - 70% cocoa solids (broken into squares)

    50g dried cranberries

    50g sultanas or raisins

50g Asda Home Baking Fudge Chunks

85g pot Asda Chocolate Beans Cake Decorations

    Method

    1
Line two baking trays with baking paper. Melt the chocolate in a bowl, standing it over simmering water, but making sure the base of the bowl doesn't touch the water.
    2
As soon as the chocolate has melted, remove the bowl from the heat. Stir in half the cranberries, sultanas or raisins and fudge chunks. Pour half onto each tray and shape with a round bladed knife to make slabs about 16cm x 20cm.
    3
Immediately sprinkle the rest of the dried fruit and fudge chunks on top of the chocolate.
    4
Make an egg shape using chocolate beans and Smarties (you could use all yellow or a mixture of colours).
    5
Leave in a cool place to set (but not the fridge, where the chocolate will 'sweat' and lose its shine). If giving as a gift, wrap in baking paper.
