Ingredients
8 Extra Special Half Shell Scallops Fish Counter Specialty, Frozen
3 tbsp dried breadcrumbs
25g Parmesan, finely grated
25g butter, melted
1 tsp chopped fresh parsley
Method
1Preheat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6. Rinse the scallops under cold water. Pat dry with kitchen roll.
2Top with the crumbs and cheese. Brush with butter and sprinkle on the parsley.
3Bake for 12-14 minutes until golden, making sure the scallops are piping hot.
