Chocolate banana parcels

These are so easy to make, and they'll be a big hit with the kids. For a change, swap the chocolate for mini marshmallows, fudge or chocolate raisins.

8 ripe bananas

100g Chosen by you Milk Chocolate Buttons

Ice cream, to serve

Method

1
Slice lengthways through the skin and into the flesh of each banana, making sure you don't cut all the way through.
2
Push chocolate buttons into the gaps. Wrap each banana in foil, sealing the edges well but leaving room inside for the air to circulate.
3
Cook over a medium heat on the barbecue or in a hot oven until the skin is black, the inside is softened and the chocolate melts.
4
Carefully unwrap. Serve with ice cream.
