Ingredients

75g frozen peas

75g frozen sweetcorn

15g butter

3 x 190g pots Asda Great Stuff Pasta Sauce

100g cooked ham

250g pot Asda Ricotta

2 tbsp milk

125g mature Cheddar, grated

12 Asda cannelloni tubes

Method

1
This recipe is part of our 'cooking with kids' feature and has instructions for children.
2
Pre-heat the oven to 180C/160C Fan/Gas 4. Boil the veg for 3 minutes. Drain and cool.
3
Grease a shallow ovenproof dish with a little butter. Mix the pasta sauce with 100ml water and spread half in the bottom of the dish.
4
Cut the ham into small pieces using a round-bladed knife.
5
Mix the ricotta with the milk, ham, peas and sweetcorn. Stir in one third of the grated cheese. Season well.
6
Put half the cheese mixture into a freezer bag and cut 1cm off one corner. Tie up the top of the bag and then pipe the mixture from the snipped off end (squeeze gently from the top) into half the cannelloni tubes. Repeat with the rest of the cheese mixture and cannelloni tubes. You could spoon the mixture into the tubes using a teaspoon.
7
Put the filled cannelloni tubes in an ovenproof dish in a single layer. Spread the rest of the pasta sauce on top, making sure the cannelloni is completely covered. Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on top. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
