Ingredients
1tsp rapeseed oil
2 x 180g packs Asda Mild British Baby Spinach
500g pack Asda Italian Gnocchi
100g Asda Ricotta
350g tub Asda Italian Tomato & Basil Sauce
100g cherry tomatoes
50g Asda 30% Less Fat Mature British Cheese, grated
Rocket, to serve
Method
1Preheat the grill. Boil a kettleful of water.
2Heat the oil in a large frying pan, add the spinach and cook, stirring, for 2-3 mins. Tip into a sieve over a bowl and use the back of a spoon to squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
3Put the boiled water in the pan, add the gnocchi, bring back to the boil, then simmer for 2 mins. Drain the gnocchi and set aside.
4To the same pan, add the ricotta and the sauce. Heat through but don’t let it boil.
5Take off the heat. Stir in the gnocchi and spinach.Pour into a heatproof dish and put the tomatoes on top. Sprinkle on the cheese.
6Grill until the cheese is melted and turning golden. Serve with the rocket.
