Ingredients

200g lean turkey mince

11?2tbsp dried breadcrumbs

2tbsp Red’s Kansas City BBQ Sauce, plus extra to serve

2 spring onions, sliced

1?4tsp dried oregano

1?4tsp dried chilli flakes

1tsp olive oil

baguette, sliced

8-12 lettuce leaves

4tbsp coleslaw

1 large gherkin, sliced

60g blue cheese

Method

In a large bowl, mix the mince, breadcrumbs, 1tbsp BBQ sauce, spring onions, oregano and chilli.

Shape into 4 patties and brush with oil.

Cook on a preheated griddle or barbecue for 3-4 mins on each side until cooked through.

Brush with the other 1tbsp BBQ sauce.

Toast 8 baguette slices. Top 4 with lettuce, coleslaw, a slider, gherkin and cheese, and finish with a baguette slice.

Serve with extra BBQ sauce.
