Ingredients
150g sugar
300g raspberries
300g blueberries
Asda Red Grape Juice (or Shloer Sparkling Red Grape Juice)
Method
1Put the sugar in a large pan, add 300ml water, then heat.
2Add the raspberries and blueberries. Simmer for 2 minutes. Leave to cool.
3Pass through a sieve, then freeze in ice cube trays.
4For each drink, put 6 cubes in a freezer bag, wrap in a tea towel, then bash with a rolling pin to crush.
5Serve in a tall glass, topped up with the grape juice.
