Ingredients
350g frozen mixed berries
50g jumbo rolled oats
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 large banana
1 passion fruit, halved
500g low-fat natural yogurt
Method
1This recipe is part of our 'cooking with kids' feature and has instructions for children.
2About 2 hours before you start, take the berries out of the freezer. Weight them then spread on a plate to defrost. Pre-heat the oven to 160C/140C Fan/Gas 3.
3Line a baking tray with baking paper. Weigh the oats. Spread on the tray and sprinkle with the cinnamon. Bake for 10-12 mins until golden. Leave on the tray to cool.
4While the oats are toasting, peel the banana. Slice it on a chopping board, then cut each piece into quarters. Put into a bowl and stir in the berries.
5Using a teaspoon, scoop the seeds from each half of the passion fruit into the bowl with the rest of the fruit. Stir.
6Put 1 tbsp of fruit into the bottom of each glass. Cover with 1 tbsp of yogurt.
7Repeat layering with another spoon of fruit and another spoon of yogurt. Finish with a spoon of fruit on the top.
